That is the only channel. There is no phone line and no support desk, and pretending otherwise would waste your time.

What is worth writing about

Something broken. A calculation that comes out wrong, a total that does not match your own arithmetic, a page that will not load. This is the most useful mail we receive, because the calculator is the product.
A trade we do not cover. The pages are per trade and the list is incomplete. Say what you do and what your quotes have to account for.
A factual error on a page, including anything said about what other tools do or cost.

What to expect

A person reads everything sent here. Replies are not immediate and there is no service-level promise attached to a free tool, but anything wrong with a calculation is acted on quickly, because a quoting tool that gets the arithmetic wrong is worse than no tool.

Your data

Mail sent to this address is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not passed on. As for the calculator: nothing you type into it leaves your browser. We count that a quote was completed, and nothing about it, with no inputs, no amounts and no identifier.
